Rikar Boutique: Digital Luxury for Fashion

For Rikar, I wanted to capture the same feeling you get when walking into a high-end clothing boutique: everything should look clean, organized, and expensive. I built this platform to give the Rikar team a digital presence that actually matches the quality of their collections.

The Problem I Solved

Before this, managing an online catalog was a headache for the team. I built a bespoke system that makes it incredibly easy to upload new collections, manage stock across different sizes, and keep the storefront looking fresh without needing a developer for every update.

What I brought to the table:

• Bespoke Inventory: I didn't use a generic e-commerce template. I built a custom system tailored exactly to how Rikar handles their stock.
• Luxury Feel: I used subtle animations and a lot of white space to make sure the clothes are the star of the show.
• Speed: Even with high-res photography, the site loads instantly.

How I built it

I focused on a "content-first" approach. The platform is divided into a fast storefront for customers and a simplified dashboard for the staff.

The Storefront

• Smooth Browsing: I used Next.js to make sure navigating between categories feels instant.
• Visual Focus: I spent a lot of time on the image gallery components so customers can see every detail of the fabric.

The Admin Panel

The Rikar team isn't technical, so I built a dashboard that's as simple as using a social media app. They can:

• Upload a new collection in minutes.
• Track sales and see which items are trending.
• Update prices and stock levels on the fly.

Tech Stack

This project is powered by Next.js and Tailwind CSS. I used Supabase for the database and image storage because it’s reliable and scales well. The animations are all Framer Motion, which adds that extra layer of polish that luxury brands need.

Status

This is a live project. It serves as the primary digital home for Rikar Boutique, handling their entire online catalog.
